A typical room takes 20-30 minutes to clean, plus drying time. An average 5-room home usually takes 2-3 hours from arrival to completion. Drying time varies but is typically 4-6 hours with good ventilation. We use high-powered extraction equipment that removes more water, speeding up drying time.
